Start the week right with a meditation session led by entrepreneur Serena Lee. We know the impact that mental and physical wellness have on our productivity and, mindful of the pressures of working in tech, Serena's lunchtime session, supported by Campus London, helps busy founders recharge and step back from the distractions of modern life.
Movement Meditation is designed to help you focus, relax and learn to build reflective practice into your week.
Through breath techniques and coming into ideal poses for meditation*, we'll be bringing the body and mind together into stillness to begin the week with fresh concentration and a renewed sense of clarity.
*Bring comfortable trousers if possible, but not compulsory.
