Campus Community: Yoga
Enliven your week with a Wednesday yoga session led by entrepreneur Serena Lee. We know the impact that mental and physical wellness have on our productivity and, mindful of the pressures of working in tech, Serena's launching a new lunchtime session, supported by Campus London, to help busy founders recharge and step back from the distractions of modern life.
This yoga class is designed to help you align the body with the breath, using physical movement to ground yourself and create headspace through spine-focused poses. Yoga at Campus is suitable for all abilities, with modifications available for those brand new to the practice and/or those with injuries*.
Bring clothes suitable for movement/exercise.
*Please make any injuries/medical conditions known to the trainer at the start of class, and only begin exercise programs with clearance from your GP.
