      Veremos cómo Youtube pasó de ser un medio a una plataforma de co-creación y progreso colectivo. ¿Quién no ha oído hablar del chihuahua que baila flamenco?

      El objetivo será mostrar los principios y best practices que YouTube ha generado en relación a a innovación y el movimiento de start-ups. Tras una pequeña intro, Mariana analizará algunos de los principios de innovación en YouTube: Growth Hacking. Inteligencia colectiva, Agilidad, Prototype mindset...creando un nuevo paradigma de influencia: Los YouTubers son start-ups.

      Información, aprendizaje y entretenimiento son los 3 pilares que están creando una nueva sociedad en las que las start-ups son la base de innovación y crecimiento, los YouTubers los influencers más actuales y el conocimiento está disponible para todos.

      Mariana nos hablará sobre estos tres pilares y sobre todo lo que podemos aprender de los creadores -y consumidores- de video en Youtube y las posibilidades que está generando a todo tipo de públicos, especialmente los emprendedores y start-ups a nivel de contenido.

      Sobre el ponente:

      Mariana aterrizó en Google México hace 3 años después de un largo recorrido a sus espaldas alrededor de 4 países en el loco mundo publicitario, creciendo desde puestos de becaria a estrategia y vicepresidenta regional de nuevos negocios para JWT & FCB en Latam. Se considera un "popurrí" de España, Venezuela y México. Su background es bastante variado: si necesitas algo sobre psicología, estadística, comportamiento social, pensamiento creativo, pasando por psicoterapia, coaching, facilitadora de grupos...hasta lecturas del tarot -serias-, meditación y técnicas de yoga...puedes contar con ella!
