Erik Ault, Senior Customer Success Manager - International Expansion at SendGrid    

After recently relocating to London to open the SendGrid UK office, Erik is now focused on the support and success of SendGrid customers throughout the EMEA region. Erik is passionate about email and after a decade in the industry he continues to be intrigued with new strategies of getting mail into the inboxes of engaged recipients. Prior to working with SendGrid, Erik has managed email marketing programs for several retail, travel and technology companies.    

Thomas Young, Product Manager at    

Tom Young is a Product Manager at (Priceline Group) and specialises in communication technologies, particularly email, SMS and mobile notifications and previously Product Manager atPurple Intelligent Spaces, a real-time WiFi marketing solution. Prior to his Product Management career, Tom co-founded two start-ups as CEO of MessageMissile, a push notification developer tool for iOS and Android, which was backed by Venture Capitalist Oxford Technology Management and CTO of, London’s number 1 on-demand smartphone repair service, which is backed by Ignite,TechStars and Virgin Media.
