Who should apply

Who should apply

Both Campus members and non-members can apply for this program. They will be evaluated based on the criteria below by the Google for Startups team, a panel of venture capitalists, industry experts, and Googlers.

This two stage process involves an online application and in person interviews for shortlisted startups.

We’re looking for teams who are:
  • Mission-driven and committed to creating a world that works for everyone
  • Working full-time on their startup
  • Demonstrating traction, ideally between Seed and Series A stage
  • Building a scalable product or service
  • Committed to fully attending the program (5-6 months)
  • Willing to give back and contribute to the local startup community

Key Dates

Applications for the first round of residency have closed. The upcoming cohort starts in early February. Please check back in 6 months for our class #2 applications to open. 

Google for Startups Residency Class #1
  • Agamon is a healthcare intelligence platform that uses AI and machine learning to unlock the value of critical textual data, make it available and provide insights that help healthcare organizations improve clinical performance and quality of care.

  • Gaviti is a receivable collections solution designed to allow companies to collect payments faster, improve cash flow, and increase collection productivity. All this is achieved through visualization of receivables, smart debtor-client engagement, and data-driven optimization of collection workflows.


  • Mona is an analytics solution for AI models. Mona enables data scientists and engineers to validate that their models are built and behave as intended, continuously. Mona tracks Key Algorithmic Performance Indicators (KAPI) in both the research and production stages.

  • Pairser offers a platform to create ready-to-use cloud environments. These environments would behave like production without harming it. Pairser automatically discovers, provisions, and populates data.


  • Saillog utilizes artificial intelligence and computer vision algorithms for crop disease and pest management.
