About the program

Google for Startups Startup Academy: AgeTech is a five-day program to learn about market trends, learn about product development from Google engineers, and find out about opportunities to do business with Google through sessions with Google mentors and other experts and 1:1 mentoring.

    Google helps startups optimize their strategies and establish specific OKRs through 1:1 mentoring.

  • AI case studies

    Learn about the utilization of AI in the healthcare domain in Japan and other countries. Explore the latest case studies from the Google AI Team and overseas startups on how they use AI in healthcare.

  • Fitbit's product development story and doing business with startups

    The overseas Fitbit Team shares their development story regarding the utilization of Fitbit technology at startups and how Fitbit brings value to the lives of its users.

    The Japanese Fitbit Team provides information on opportunities for startups to do business with Fitbit.

  • Google Cloud and machine learning

    Experienced Google engineers share best practices for using Google Cloud in the healthcare domain and offer 1:1 mentoring sessions.

Entry criteria

    • Ambitious startups with potential for rapid business growth and expansion
    • You are a startup seeking to solve the challenges facing aging societies
    • You have products and services that have already been released to the market
    • A decision-maker can participate (and commit to eight hours during the period)
    • You speak Japanese
