Campus Community Event Space
Campus Warsaw provides a space for people to host events that benefit the overall startup community and ecosystem. We have a main event space which seats 80 guests. We also have a classroom that seats 20 guests. Given the privilege that follows this opportunity, we prohibit the use of the facilities for commercial sales purposes and prioritize events that are open to, and intended for, the startup community.
We will reply to your request as soon as possible. Please note that we are unable to accommodate all event requests due to high demand.
If the event has been approved, the host AND staff (anyone involved in the facilitation of event) must schedule and attend a mandatory host education session with our event coordinator at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.
Event hosts are responsible for the whole operation of their event(s), including - but not limited to - promotion, facility management, and cleanup of the space(s).
