Improving monetization is a never-ending iterative process. I'd like to talk about our progress from a game with no monetization systems in the beginning to today's setup, mention some of the most important questions that lead to revenue uplift when answered correctly and present how we're approaching our systems and how you could utilize parts of it in a completely different game. From machine learning tips to measuring the effects of tweaking one visual, this talk has it all.

After a short stint in the corporate world, where I built predictive models for banks, I made the leap to game industry, essentially making my hobby pay my bills. Currently working full time with Geewa in Prague as a data scientist, focusing on making steady improvements in monetisation and the in-game economy, introducing personalised content and automatising what can be automatised.

Anastasiya is helping apps & gaming industry in Ukraine and Belarus to grow with Google products and solutions. For over 4 years in Google she developed strong cross-vertical expertise in digital marketing and advertising. Currently Anastasiya is working with the biggest mobile apps & gaming companies in the region as their strategic partner in Google.

Martin has worked at Pixel Federation as Game Design lead of two free-to-play projects both during development and live-ops. He started off as a game designer for Galactic Junk League a F2P MMO shooter for Steam. Since 2017 he works as Game Design Lead of TrainStation a F2P multiplatform simulation with over 30 million lifetime players and Pixel Federation’s longest running project still in development. In his design work he focuses on designing for mobile, free-to-play monetization, system design and live ops automation.

Mariusz Gasiewski has been with Google since 2007. He is leading mobile gaming initiatives at Google for Startups Campus in Warsaw and at Google, supporting growth of mobile gaming ecosystem in Poland and in CEE region. During most of his career was helping some of Google’s biggest clients in Central and Eastern Europe in preparation and implementation of mobile measurement strategies. He is a frequent speaker at gaming and mobile conferences and a founder of GameCamp (www.gamecamp.io), one of the biggest mobile gaming communities in Europe.
