Mariusz Gasiewski has been with Google since 2007. He is leading mobile gaming initiatives at Google for Startups Campus in Warsaw and at Google, supporting growth of mobile gaming ecosystem in Poland and in CEE region. During most of his career was helping some of Google’s biggest clients in Central and Eastern Europe in preparation and implementation of mobile measurement strategies. He is a frequent speaker at gaming and mobile conferences and a founder of GameCamp (www.gamecamp.io), one of the biggest mobile gaming communities in Europe.

Having studied and worked in the game design discipline, I am utterly interested in the gaming ecosystem. Having seen both sides of the table in the monetization aspect of mobile apps and gaming, I am currently striving to grow the ecosystem by helping publishers to earn more.

I started working in Organic UA and App Store Optimization in early 2015. Back then it was a challenge to describe what is ASO and why every app or game needs to optimize the store page. Currently, things changed and most of the companies have the Senior and Lead ASO positions. Now it’s time to scale the Organic app promotion and in this session, I will provide the complete roadmap for the apps and games localization and how to drive thousands of new worldwide users to your app or game.

Currently, he leads all ASO activities for Gamesture, mobile gaming studio located in Cracow. Marek has been in the gaming industry for the last 2 years.
