Founders Academy: Business Model Mastering

Join the program to work on 6 segments of your business model. You will be monitored by an expert in the field, so that after the program you will exactly know which customer segment is the most important one for your business and why. What is the best pricing model for your business? What is your value proposition, what differentiate you from your competition.

Do you want to grow faster and make your business more profitable? Are you wondering which customers segments should be your primary source of revenue or how to improve the market fit of your offer? Are you considering the best pricing model for your offer? Do you want to identify your business priorities and sources of your competitive advantage? If you feel like finding precise answers to those questions, you should join BMM.

Target group

Our program aims at B2C startups in their growth phase (min. one year on the market and already generating revenue) who don’t want to manage their business intuitively and feel that they need a structured approach to run their company and accelerate their growth.

How does BMM work?

Founders Academy: Business Model Mastering offers knowledge, tools and practical coaching to master business model (based on lean approach) and to design transformation plan. Each session is interactive and contains transfer of knowledge, tools and coaching from experienced experts, real life case studies and discussions. Startups graduate from the program with a ready to use business model and the implementation roadmap.

Ideal candidates are startup owners and their key managers (up to 3 people) willing to actively participate and transform their businesses “on the go” during and after the program. Candidates should be ready to work also between sessions on their pre-works and post-works. CEOs are required to attend all sessions.
