Growth Academy: Women Founders

Helping women founders grow their startup, and themselves as leaders.

About the program

The Growth Academy program is based on the successful Startup Growth Lab program, adapted to earlier stage startups and the unique challenges female founders encounter. The program runs for three months and includes programming such as brand communication, Google Ads, UX/UI, and much more. Additionally, each startup will be paired with a Googler to help mentor them throughout the program.

  • Programming Pillars with top experts within Google and the startup ecosystem

    Growth Academy will help take your startup to the next level with workshops and sessions on Brand Communication Strategy, Leadership, Product and UX/UI, Measurement, and Google Ads

  • Personal Google mentor

    Each startup will be matched with a mentor from Google leadership who will be part of your journey throughout the program, meeting 1:1 to help with specific startup needs and help connect you to the rest of Google.

  • Leadership workshops

    Founders will take part in multiple leadership and public speaking workshops to take the time to focus on themselves as leaders. Workshops are held by founders, Googlers, and experts in the field.

  • Community of founders

    Being part of the Growth Academy: Women Founders cohort means being part of a group of like minded founders who will help support you throughout the program and beyond. The curated cohort of like minded founders is a unique opportunity to form a community of founders dealing with the same struggles and success.

Google for Startups Growth Academy: Women Founders connected me to knowledge, tools, and fields I needed to open my mind and increase my skill set. Googlers helped us with actionable skills such as how to nail our one-line pitch, how to navigate the cooling market, and the importance of a customer journey. With help from Google mentors, I established FinityX’s go-to-market strategy and secured our first paying customers, including large hedge funds and brokers.
